When you submit the contact or consultation request form, we receive the details you choose to enter, including your name, email address, telephone number (if provided), and message (if provided). Please do not include sensitive medical, financial, or other highly confidential information in your message.

How your information is used

We use contact form information to respond to your inquiry, discuss potential relationship coaching services, arrange consultations, and keep records of our communications. Submitting the form does not enroll you in marketing emails.

Contact-form delivery and service providers

Our website is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions are processed by a server-side function and sent using Resend, an email delivery provider, to a Gmail inbox used to manage inquiries. These providers may process information as needed to deliver and operate these services, under their own applicable terms and privacy policies. Infrastructure and security services, including Cloudflare where configured, may process technical request information.

Website analytics and performance measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate website usage and loading performance. These tools are designed to work without analytics cookies. They may process technical information about visits, such as visited pages, referrers, device or browser characteristics, and performance measurements. We do not intentionally include the contents of contact form submissions in analytics events.

Sharing of information

We do not sell information submitted through the contact form. Information may be shared with service providers assisting with website hosting, email delivery, analytics, or security, and may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

Retention and security

Contact messages may remain in our email account and related service systems for as long as reasonably needed to handle inquiries, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. We do not promise a fixed deletion period. We use service providers and safeguards intended to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed secure.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit the form and contact us by telephone instead. To ask about personal information you submitted, or request correction or deletion, contact us using the number below. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and any legitimate recordkeeping needs.
